Thanks to your support of The Off Ramp and Threads by Nomad, we were able to turn challenges into opportunities for hundreds of displaced families last year.

We supported artisans globally with training, mentoring, and supplies, including displaced persons in Myanmar and Uganda, helping them rebuild where they are.And we partnered with Make Welcome in Charlotte, NC to donate 2 sewing machines and train 5 women in creating handcrafted products.

Over 120 volunteers gave their time to support refugee families and more than 500 hours of service provided to our community.
This is the impact you made possible through The Off Ramp from August 2023 to December 2024. The landscape of refugee resettlement has shifted since then, and we’ve adapted our work to meet new and urgent needs.
In the coming days, we’ll share more about what we’ve accomplished, who we’ve walked alongside, and—importantly—what kind of financial support is now needed to continue this work.
Thank you for being change-makers. We couldn’t do it without you.
With greatest gratitude,

& your friends at The Off Ramp
