How do you care for federal workers losing their livelihoods and vocations?

On February 16, one church’s fellowship hall was filled with food, conversation, and a growing sense of urgency. What started as a simple potluck quickly became a powerful gathering in response to the uncertainty facing many of their congregants working at the CDC. In a time of fear and disruption, the event sparked both solidarity and action.
